The shaftless trommel screen series designed by Jinma company are suitable for screening stone, sand, all kinds of garbage and damp blocking materials. The screen undersize materials are max of 200mm, middle of 20-40mm, and the finess up to below 5mm. They are equipped with self cleaning device. The transmission mode is divided into three types: gear and pinion drive, chain wheel drive and roller friction drive. In addition, there are different kinds of screen mesh for customers' requirements: Manganese wire mesh, steel plate punching mesh, welded steel mesh, stainless steel mesh. Special requirements can be specially customized. The shaftless trommel screen is an important equipment in the waste screening line.

Working principle 
The rotary drum device is connected with the motor by shaft coupling through motor reducer, and is driven by the motor to rotate around the axis shaft line. When the materials flow into the rotary drum device, as a result of the inclination and rotation of the rotary drum device, the materials on the screen surface will rotate and roll, finally the qualified materials (undersize materials) will be discharged through the screen mesh which is installed around the excircle of the rotary drum, and the unqualified materials (oversize materials) will be discharged from the end of the rotary drum. The materials rotate and roll in the rotary drum, so the materials stuck in screen pores can be ejected out to prevent the screen pores from being blocked.

Q: Terms of Payment:
A:30% of the total amount by TT as deposit, the balance to be paid by TT or L/C at sight before the machines leaving seller' factory.
100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
 Q:Time for preparation of goods:
A:The above machines shall be ready for delivery during 45 days from the date of receiving the deposit/LC, excluding the time of waiting for shipment. If there is any delay of delivery caused by seller, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to buyer each day, but this amount shall not exceed the amount of deposit; if the delay is caused by buyer, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to seller each day, but this amount shall not exceed 10% of total value of machines.       
 Q:Guarantee period:
   A:The guarantee period for the above machines is twelve months from the date of putting into use, but not exceeds twenty-four months after the machines leaving seller's factory. It is not applicable for quick wear parts.
