The FG screw classifier is suitable for fine grain sizing, washing sand, and the overflow area can be changed to a wide groove according to need.
Working principle
The structure and principle of FG screw classifier are approximately the same as the FC screw classifier. FG of spiral classifier overflow dam position higher than the center of the bottom of screw axis bearing, but below the overflow on the spiral, has a certain subsidence area, it is suitable for the coarse sand washing. The whole spiral of the FC spiral classifier is immersed in the liquid surface of the subsidence area, and the settlement area has a large area and depth, so it is suitable for fine cleaning sand.
