Teachnical Feature
1. The feeding screw has a unique steady flow structure, and the material can be uniformly sunk in the whole feed opening section.
2, the steady flow feeding screw and dosing screw synchronous speed, steady flow feeding spiral material filling coefficient is 1.0, dosing screw material filling coefficient of 0.6, table with maximum output range (1:10) adjust, real weight signal, high measuring accuracy.
3. The spiral blade is made of manganese steel material, with strong abrasion resistance and long service life.
4. Small spiral clearance, overcome backflow charging problem, avoid adhesion material in the clearance of pipe wall.
5. Seal structure to reduce dust,energy saving.
