Introduction
High gradient magnetic separator is a new product developed independently by BAITE. It combines the characteristics of international advanced high intensity magnetic separators, which is so far the high intensity magnetic separator of best performance and most advanced technology. This product utilizes vertical ring rotation, pulsating beneficiation and high frequency vibrator, and it has no magnetic medium jam problem in flat ring high intensity magnetic separator and flat ring high gradient magnetic separator.
It has the advantages of large beneficiation ratio, high security and convenient operation etc. This product realizes both high beneficiation ratio and high recycle ratio in separating weak magnetic minerals.It can be used in wet processing - 1.2 mm (- 200 mesh of 30 ~ 100%) red ores (hematite, limonite, siderite, etc.), manganese ore, ilmenite, chromite, tungsten ore and other kinds of weakly magnetic minerals, and non-metallic minerals, such as quartz, feldspar, nepheline ore, kaolin for removing impurity iron and purification.

2) To avoid the leakage, the coil ends wrapped by electrical pure iron as iron armor, makes magnetic field uniformity increase more than 50%, magnetic field intensity increase more than 8%, separation effect is improved more than 20%

Drum membrane doing reciprocating motion driven by stroke box, repeatedly washing the materials absorbed on the surface of induction matrix, effectively eliminating the mechanical entrainment of non-magnetic materials, significantly improving the grade of magnetic concentrate.

1) Adopting Schneider low voltage electrical elements and PLC, operation security, reliability and with long service life
2) Controlling part using advanced soft start function, avoiding the impact to coil and the disorder of coil, when suddenly energizing protecting coil effectively.
3) With advanced fault self-diagnosis system, you can choose remote control function.
4) When fault occurs, it can deliver the fault information to the technist and provides accurate, timely technical support and safe guard for users.
5) Control cabinet shell is double-deck door structure, protective grade: IP55, dust-proof,
waterproof,it can be used in harsh environment.

Q: Are you a factory ?
A:Yes,we are factory, which was established in 2006.
We focus on providing expert service including design, manufacture, installation & maintenance for the logistic industries & warehouse equipment.
Q: Terms of Payment:
A:30% of the total amount by TT as deposit, the balance to be paid by TT or L/C at sight before the machines leaving seller' factory.
100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q:Time for preparation of goods:
A:The above machines shall be ready for delivery during 45 days from the date of receiving the deposit/LC, excluding the time of waiting for shipment. If there is any delay of delivery caused by seller, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to buyer each day, but this amount shall not exceed the amount of deposit; if the delay is caused by buyer, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to seller each day, but this amount shall not exceed 10% of total value of machines.
Q:Guarantee period:
A:The guarantee period for the above machines is twelve months from the date of putting into use, but not exceeds twenty-four months after the machines leaving seller's factory. It is not applicable for quick wear parts.
