Reciprocal coal feeder is one of main equipment in coal mine production system, main function:load evenly coal from coal silo or coal-unloading silo on the conveyor or in the other screen and storage device.
This machine is made up of groove engine body under fixed storage device, removable bottom along with crank connecting rod device and idler, gate, driving device.
Reciprocating feeders are widely used in mining, building-material, silicate andchemical industry in the crushing and screening plants.In the Sand-Stone production line, vibrating feeder can send materials to crusher evenly and continuously and at the same time, it can screen materials roughly.Vibrating feeder can be used in these areas such as metallurgical industry, coal mining industry, mining-selecting, building, chemical and grinding industry, etc.
Feature:
1. Feeder tray mounted on the standard steel channel fabricated frame at an inclination of 5-10 degrees for better feeding results.
2. Adjustable reciprocating stoke length up to 300mm, depending upon the size of lumps.
3. Substantial width of tray to accommodate large lumps of material to be fed.
4. Tray and side walls lined with wear resistant plate for longer life.
5. High capacity model designed with twin eccentric disc as well as crank-lever machinism.

Q: Are you a factory ? 
A:Yes,we are factory, which was established in 2003.
We focus on providing expert service including design, manufacture, installation & maintenance for equipment.
Q: Terms of Payment:
A:30% of the total amount by TT as deposit, the balance to be paid by TT or L/C at sight before the machines leaving seller' factory.
100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
 Q:Time for preparation of goods:
A:The above machines shall be ready for delivery during 45 days from the date of receiving the deposit/LC, excluding the time of waiting for shipment. If there is any delay of delivery caused by seller, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to buyer each day, but this amount shall not exceed the amount of deposit; if the delay is caused by buyer, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to seller each day, but this amount shall not exceed 10% of total value of machines.       
 Q:Guarantee period:
   A:The guarantee period for the above machines is twelve months from the date of putting into use, but not exceeds twenty-four months after the machines leaving seller's factory. It is not applicable for quick wear parts.
