Work Principle
The working principle of the scraper conveyor is to use the open chute as the bearing of coal, gangue or materials, and attach the scraper to the chain (to form a scraper chain) as a traction member. When the head drive is activated, the sprocket wheel on the head shaft is rotated so that the scraper chain will run along the chute and move along the chute until it is unloaded by the nose. The scraper chain passes the chain wheel for the non-stage closure cycle and completes the delivery of the material.
