Rare Earth Magnetic Grills are designed for various types of Hoppers, Feed Holes etc. The Grills consists of Rare Earth Magnetic Rolls assembled in Single, Double or Multiple layers as required and can be supplied in square circular or any other shape & size to suit customer requirements.It is used for water treatment, Chemical industry, food industry, recycling industry, pharmaceutical industry, other liquid(hydro-material) separation application.

Application
Magnetic filter frame (frame) is mainly used for removal of powder, granule raw materials and ferromagnetic impurities in liquid or slurry .It is widely used in mining, plastic, ceramic, electric power, chemical, rubber, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection, pigment, dyestuff, electronics, metallurgy and other industries.
Workprinciple
The magnetic filter frame is made of high quality stainless steel tube and high b-value rare earth alloy.And it is made with special production method. Besides it is put together on the stationary frame to form a magnetic filter frame. When the iron-containing material is passed, which is attracted by the magnetic rod and the iron material is firmly attached to the wall of the pipe to ensure the integrity of the equipment and the safety of the product.

Packaging & Delivery
Packaging Details:
Pack each window with aluminum foil band and PVC film to protect against scratches. 
2. Use wood pallet and frames to fix the windows to avoid collision or shaking. 
3. Use packing strap to fasten the pallets. 
4. Load the pallets with forklifts. Put airbags between pallets to avoid collision.
