Audited Supplier The PE Jaw Crusher series utilizes a high eccentric throw on the main shaft, which increases crushing capacity throughput. The swing and fixed jaw liners are both reversible for longer wear durability. Jaw liners and side plates are easily removed and installed for minimum down time of operation. These crusher are all fully fabricated steel main frames, and their weight factors allow these machines to be used in a wide range of Crushing Plants, both fixed and mobile. There are 11 models in the PE series with capacities ranging up to 1000 TPH.
The PEX Jaw Crusher is a similar style of machine, however is designed to operate as a Secondary or Tertiary crusher. With wide jaws and comparatively narrow "Gape", these machines are commonly known as "Granulators," due to their efficiency in forming a granular or cubical shaped final product.1. The working parts of jaw crusher are two jaw plate, one is static (fixed jaw), it is vertically (or slightly lean outside) fixed on the front wall of the body, the other is the dynamic (moving jaw), it is in a tilt position and forms a small crushing chamber (working chamber) with the fixed jaw plate.
The movable jaw plates are periodically reciprocated against the fixed jaws, sometimes separated and sometimes close. When it is separated, the material enters the crushing chamber and then the product is discharged from the lower part. When it is near, the material between the two jaws is crushed by crushing, bending and splitting.

A:30% of the total amount by TT as deposit, the balance to be paid by TT or L/C at sight before the machines leaving seller' factory.

Q:Time for preparation of goods:
A:The above machines shall be ready for delivery during 45 days from the date of receiving the deposit/LC, excluding the time of waiting for shipment.
Q:Guarantee period:
A:The guarantee period for the above machines is twelve months from the date of putting into use, but not exceeds twenty-four months after the machines leaving seller's factory. It is not applicable for quick wear parts.
