Product Description

Introduction
Rod mill consists barrel, feeding part, discharging part, bearing part and lubrication system. It can grind all kinds of hard grade of ore and rock materials.
Rod mill is similar to the ball mill,but the rod mill use the steel rods as grinding media, ball mill use the steel ball as grinding media.

Application
1. In the gravity and magnetic mining processing, the rod mill is used to prevent over grinding. 
2. Pre-grinding. Rod mill is often used in primary grinding to grind material to 1-3mm with high efficiency. It could prepare fully for the next grinding. 
3. To replace fine crushing. When processing soft or sticky ore, rod mill is used to replace fine crushing, which could effectively prevent crusher sealing material.

1) The transmission machinery of grate ball mill substitutes large-scale double row self-aligning roller bearing for sliding bearing. It is easy to start and saves energy up to 20-30%
2) Adopt groove-type circular lining plate which is instrumental in increasing contact areas of iron balls and ores, and enhances grinding action and ore lifting capacity and decreases energy consumption.
3) Adopt overall frame, which makes it easy for construction and installation.
4) Large discharge opening, high capacity.
5) Equipped with oil-mist lubrication device which guarantees smooth operation of gears.

Q: Are you a factory ?

Q: Terms of Payment:
A:30% of the total amount by TT as deposit, the balance to be paid by TT or L/C at sight before the machines leaving seller' factory.
100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
 Q:Time for preparation of goods:
A:The above machines shall be ready for delivery during 45 days from the date of receiving the deposit/LC, excluding the time of waiting for shipment. If there is any delay of delivery caused by seller, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to buyer each day, but this amount shall not exceed the amount of deposit; if the delay is caused by buyer, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to seller each day, but this amount shall not exceed 10% of total value of machines.       
 Q:Guarantee period:
   A:The guarantee period for the above machines is twelve months from the date of putting into use, but not exceeds twenty-four months after the machines leaving seller's factory. It is not applicable for quick wear parts.
