Product Description

Introduction
This series has fine insulation structure. The insulation treatments adopt the vacuum drying & glue filling, which has improved the electrical and mechanical performance of the coils.It adopts a special magnetic circuit design which has large air space and magnetism density. It is made of aluminum wire and the coil protection plate is made of the rolled high Mn steel plate that has good performance of wear-resistance and heat-proof. It also has the characteristics of light weight, low power consumption,high lifting capacity and long serving life.The insulation grade can reach class special C.It generally adopts the control mode of constant voltage. It can further improve the lifting capacity if changing to adopt the control mode of over excitation.With simple structure reliability, it is suitable for working with all kinds of lifting equipment.


Features
The protection plate for coil adopts abrasion-resisting and shockproof rolling high-manganese steel.
The electromagnet is dealt with special technology, thus insulation grade can be up to Grade F.
Coils of magnets are made of Aluminum (flat aluminum wire covered by double spun glass) or cooper.
High lifting capacity, light self-weight.
Low power consumption, long service life.

A: The warranty period of Gelin equipments is one year. And of course we will supply the spare parts for you for life-long time at lowest cost.
3.Q: How to make the payment? 
A:we accept the payment by T/T or Western Union or Cash, L/C .For T/T, the customer can choose 100% in advance or 30% in advance, and pay the 70% balance before shipment. 
4.Q: What is the shipping port?
A: Usually we ship from Qingdao port. If you want to ship from another port we can coordinate with you.
5.Q: What is the lead time?
