Introduction:
The special magnetic separator for non-metallic minerals is mainly used for iron removal operations, capable of reducing the iron content to below 0.01%, significantly improving the purity of the products. It is particularly suitable for iron removal operations in non-metallic minerals such as quartz sand and feldspar.
In addition, the magnetic separator is widely used in the following scenarios:
1. After coarse or medium crushing of lean iron ore, it is used for preliminary selection to remove surrounding rocks and waste stones, improving the grade and reducing the load of the next process.
2. In the closed circuit reduction roasting operation of hematite, it is used to separate the unfully reduced raw ore, returning it for re-roasting.
3. In the ceramic industry, it is used to remove iron from porcelain clay, improving the quality of ceramic products.
4. In the coal industry, it is used to remove ferromagnetic impurities from raw coal to protect subsequent crushing equipment; in the processing of refractory materials, it can separate iron minerals from clay.

Feature:
The magnetic system is a ring-shaped chain closed magnetic circuit with energizing coils made of copper tubing and cooled internally by water. Grooved plates made of magnetic conductive stainless steel are used as a magnetic matrix. This separator features a short magnetic circuit, little magnetic flux leakage, high magnetic intensity, low energy consumption, a simple structure and easy maintenance.
1. Surface wear-resistant treatment, with a lifespan three to five times that of ordinary magnetic separators.
2. Induction rollers for unloading ore, facilitating timely cleaning.
3. Magnetic field strength of 7000 to 10000 gauss, providing better iron removal effect.
4. Water pipes adopt duckbill structure, consuming less water and preventing clogging.
